ImHomeToo Apartment . 1 is a modular dwelling unit series designed to meet regulatory codes nationwide, be rapid to construct and install, reduce unit cost, and minimize sitework. ImHomeToo Apartment . 1 has two Base Modules, the Studio and the Bed Add. ImHomeToo Apartment . 1 is available in timber or light gauge steel, and is engineered to stack up to 4 stories for wood, and 12 stories for steel.

Plug and play. Units are designed for 1 day plug and play for structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, sprinkler and low voltage hookups, as a result of easy to access pipe chases.
Faster occupancy. A full project is designed for 1 year maximum from funding to occupancy, including design and permitting.
