The Bybee Lakes Hope Center transforms a never used medium security prison in North Portland into a center of hope for people experiencing homelessness. Emmons Design designed the vision for a living pod and exterior spaces to create a place where people on the street could have safe, warm and dry shelter with meals, showers, and services to help people find housing, jobs, and address addiction, mental health and other issues.
