Seaside Micro Studios is a project in Seaside, Oregon at Restoration House to get people with housing challenges, housed. They are smaller than Studios for a reason: their costs are about half of a typical Studio apartment -  theory being that we can get two housed for the cost of one. If we want to get people off our streets, we need to innovate, we need to reduce costs, and we need to reduce the rent.
