ImHomeToo Micro Studio is a modular living unit designed to get more people off our streets and into safe, warm and dry housing that gives dignity to the residents, and a place to call home.
Why Micro Studios are one really good solution for housing people who don't have housing.

• Micro Studios can stack and couple, so many more units possible on a site than cabins or tiny houses.

Floor Plans
Standard Micro Studio, Type B
215 SF - the width of a container (8.5') for ease of transport. There is a full bath and kitchenette with microwave, sink and under counter refrigerator.
Accessible Micro Studio, Type A
245 SF and 10' wide. There is a full accessible bath and kitchenette with microwave, sink and under counter refrigerator.
Service Module
215 SF - the width of a container, the module includes a Service room (water heat, sprinklers, electric, etc) and a Common space that could include laundry and/or food preparation.
The Micro Studio is manufactured in a factory and transported to a site.

Sites
Sites are difficult to find and costly, so we encourage maximizing the number of Micro Studios on each site. Micro Studios are designed to stack and couple, and this greatly increases options for density.
The ImHomeToo Micro Studio module ensemble is designed to minimize site work for projects, by having all project structures and building circulation built in factory.
In addition to the Micro Studio modules, there are modules available for stairs (for 2 or 3 story projects), kitchen/laundry, refuse/ maintenance/ storage, and bike parking.
Minimizing site work will reduce project time and site construction cost, reducing unit cost.

These site plans are for comparision purposes - to demonstrate how Micro Studios utilize many types of sites well. Program for common areas, bike parking, vehicle parking, and waste would need to be considered.
Singles, Couples, Roommates, Parent+
Various possibilities for residents are possible, from a Single, to a Couple, to roommates, to a parent and child. If bunk beds are desired, there would be more options.
Mass Timber / MPP
A Mass Ply Panel (MPP) Micro Studio is available. The top deck and floor are MPP, giving the unit a warm look inside, and the walls are wood stud cavity walls.
Net Zero > Off Grid
We are developing Net Zero and Off-Grid Micro Studios and we welcome input and partnerships.
Electricity: less energy demand coupled with sustainable energy sources such as solar and wind. Battery storage would be included.
Water: less water demand coupled with water capture and reuse systems.
